大豆卵磷脂與痛風

痛風的禍首—尿酸，大部分是體內合成的，食物中的普林則是外來的重點，而尿酸的排泄管道主要是靠腎臟；提醒民眾注意控制攝取食物的普林含量，平日要多喝水幫助尿酸排泄，降低痛風發生的機會。 大豆卵磷脂由大豆中提煉，由於已經過提煉，營養成份只有單純的卵磷脂為飽和、不飽和以及多不飽和脂肪酸組成的磷脂，化學名稱磷脂醚膽鹼，亦含有甘油、磷和膽鹼。不含豆類其他成分，也不含普林。這種物質最早是1843年法國化學家高布利，從蛋黃裡分離出來的，故被命名為卵磷脂。嗣後從大豆裡也發現出來卵磷脂，今天美國健康食品店所出售的卵磷脂，幾乎都是從大豆提煉出來的卵磷脂。這種大豆卵磷脂(Soy lecithin)比蛋黃裡的卵磷脂，有更多的優異效果。卵磷脂是個像乳化劑一樣的東西，可以清除體內的脂肪，就如同肥皂洗滌污垢一樣，可以把血液、肝臟裡的油脂洗掉，而又不傷害身體。確切的理論解釋卵磷脂能與脂肪、蛋白質構成脂蛋白，脂蛋白易溶於血漿，有助於將肝臟中的脂質轉移出來。奶粉屬於營養配方產品，其乳蛋白可能來自牛乳及大豆、油脂來自葵花油等，卵磷脂也是經常被添加的營養配方之一。 所以，不論是即溶奶粉還是全脂奶粉或大豆卵磷脂，均不含有普林，痛風患者飲用並無禁忌。但須依每日建議量攝取，勿攝取過量。 痛風與蛋白質的消耗量有關，這是由於體內的嘌呤代謝紊亂引起。人們吃了富含嘌呤的動物內臟、肉類後，嘌呤在體內代謝分解最後產生尿酸，如果尿酸過多超過腎臟的清除能力時，可形成痛風結石而導致痛風性關節炎。有時關節皮膚破時，內有白色粉屑樣或豆渣樣的尿酸鹽結晶物，如果痛風結石沉積在腎臟，則可引起腎絞痛及腎功能衰竭。由上述所知大豆卵磷脂不含蛋白質成份，但建議若腎功能有問題者，食用前可先諮詢醫生及營養師其建議攝取量。 謝謝!

結論：痛風的原因還是在食用肉類食物中所含有的嘌呤，在經過蛋白質代謝後所產生的尿酸所造成。安麗的大豆卵磷脂是去除掉嘌呤與乳糖後的優質蛋白質，可以吃免驚的啦！

營養素資訊：維生素E

功效有以下幾點

1. 可吸收自由基，保護細胞被氧化而有助於癌症發生
2. 缺乏維生素E等抗氧化易得心臟病，因為抗氧化物質可降低血小板活性，降低血液在冠狀動脈中凝結。也可刺激凝血塊的溶解，減少血栓發生。
3. 可降低賀爾蒙變化對身體造成的不適，如更年期卵巢衰退。
4. 減緩靜脈曲張，改善末梢循環。(靜脈曲張形成是因血凝塊附著血管壁阻礙血液造成腫脹)
5. 運動減少發炎現象

認識安麗 今日有感

今天突然有種感覺，就是那種開始對週遭事物變的敏感的感覺，
以前總覺得很多事情都跟自己沒什麼關係，雖然說蠻喜歡交朋友，也蠻喜歡接觸新事物的，
但那種層次就不一樣。舉個例來說，以前看到路邊在賣口香糖、在路邊乞討的人，
總是不想多看一眼，不想多問一句，更不用說花錢跟他們買或是找身上零錢給他們的，因為我覺得這樣根本對他們幫助不大，同情心真的是不太有，因為我根本沒有站在他們的立場想過。

這一個月內聽了幾次課，從不想關心，了解，研究，到下了主意，一個月的時間，讓我對人跟人之間的相處有了不同的看法。看過狄維士寫的那本慈悲的資本主義，他所謂的幫助別人成功，成就別人的夢想，也成就了自己的夢想，真的從最基本的立足點就是要能夠像耶穌所說的，要我們能夠愛別人如同愛自己，這真的很難。自私，自我中心主義一直都支配了大部分人的想法。就是因為很多人都站在了錯的立足點，才會做出一些不妥當的行為，讓直銷兩個字在台灣變成了原罪。同是服務兩個字，為什麼讓人感覺卻差這麼多呢！

原本對於這種業務性質的人我都傾向敬而遠之，就跟大家想的一樣，我不想從口袋掏錢，我喜歡從網路上看人家推爆或是寫了很華麗的分享文奢侈品，然後再想辦法用最優惠的價錢買到，這樣才會覺得我有賺到，滿足心中一點小小的成就感。但對於向我推銷的人，我第一覺得我一定不會花錢不想浪費對方口水，第二是下意識就覺得一定是不好的東西才要這樣請人當業務去推薦的。

但最近，因為了解了這種性質的事業之後，讓我對於業務反而有了不同的觀點，甚至想要互相討論交換心得，看看各種領域的業務員有著怎麼樣的苦水跟辛苦，以及有怎樣不同的挑戰。有人跟我推薦東西，基於同理心，開始不會覺得想一腳逃開，至少給對方機會讓他講完，在針對自己的需求跟對方討論，尤其是朋友的邀約，我覺得這真的很重要，是好的朋友說實在就應該給對方個機會表現一下自己，甚至應該幫朋友聽看看再依據自己的經驗給他一點建議，不管怎麼樣，好朋友應該都要做到這些，這個月的學習讓我深深的上了一課。

做人處事，我看我是現在才剛開始要學習呢。

最近想試試M42手動鏡

拿了5D之後，一直都想玩看看定焦鏡，看看定焦魅力何在
原本目標鎖定在EF 135mm F2L，但實在太貴，賺錢難又不太捨得花錢敗。

看過小ㄌㄩㄥ的135老鏡之後，讓我也想試看看手動鏡的樂趣。
在dcview看了幾天之後，也不太懂行情，不過我發現M42鏡頭還真便宜！
幾乎都是五千有找，鏡頭五花八門，一開始確實有點亂。

後來無意間找到兩天Carl Zeiss Jena (CZJ) 的介紹，馬上就吸引了我的目光

好銷魂的散景阿，之前只想著找大光圈長焦鏡，以為光圈越大就越好，
主因就是我的24-70二線式散景太嚴重了，剛好蔡斯這顆135著名的就是奶油般綿密的散景，
看幾張拍荷花的實照，層次真是太漂亮啦XD 讓我真忍不住一直找圖來看，

秉持著買優質好鏡的原則，當然是挑這兩顆最有名的鏡頭下手囉^0^
這二三十年的鏡頭，要注意的是光圈葉片是否有卡油，變換光圈是否順暢，
到時後敗回家再來貼個分享文吧！
